Friday Funny July 31, 2026 Television Jokes

Happy Friday!  Summer is rolling right along as we are at the last day of July.  This week, a dose of television jokes just for you.

Enjoy!

I saw an ad for a job changing the channel and volume on someone’s tv – must be able to work remote.

Is it true that they say television is a medium, because anything well done is rare?

Why is it called a television “set” if you only get one?

I saw a posting on Facebook Marketplace that read: “TV for sale, $1, volume stuck on full.” I thought to myself, “I can’t turn that down.”

I was going to watch the Origami world cup on TV. But it is only available on pay-per view.

Last night my wife and I binge watched the first season of our favorite TV series back-to-back. Fortunately, I was the one facing the TV

I saw an ad for a program about the history of perfume, it will air on Chanel Number 5.

I read about a new reality series about interstate road construction workers, it will be called “Game of Cones.”

I read that they are going to ban streaming services in Russia – it is referred to as Nyetflix.

I was going to make a joke about my tv controller, but it wasn’t even remotely funny.

THOUGHT FOR THE WEEK

“I find television very educating. Every time somebody turns on the set, I go into the other room and read a book.” ~ Groucho Marx

Would you call an animal that has antlers and sucks blood a moose-quito?

Would you call a cross between a hippopotamus and something other than a moose, a hipponotamoose?

If a moose did not have a name, would it be anony-moose?

When a moose loses a tooth, does she put it under her pillow for the hoof fairy?

When a moose gets a stomachache should you give it Elk-a-seltzer?

What did the chef say when he cooked up moose meat instead of beef? “Oh no! I’ve made a huge Moose Steak!”

I went to a play about a moose on a bicycle, it was a moosical.

Did you hear about the deer who got braces because he had buck teeth?

Is it true that a deer’s favorite place to get ice cream is Deery Queen?

Is it true that the scariest member of the deer family is the Cari-boo?

THOUGHT FOR THE WEEK

“Hunters will tell you that a moose is a wily and ferocious forest creature. Nonsense. A moose is a cow drawn by a three-year-old.” ~ Bill Bryson

Friday Funny July 17, 2026 Deep Thoughts for Friday

Happy Friday! Every once in a while, it is good to pause, take a deep breath and ponder some deep thoughts.

Enjoy!

To me, it’s always a good idea to always carry two sacks of something when you walk around. That way, if anybody says, “Hey, can you give me a hand?,” you can say, “Sorry, got these sacks.”

Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you criticize them, you’re a mile away and you have their shoes.

Either you like bacon or you are wrong.

I want to be the reason you look down at your phone and smile, then walk into a pole.

If I don’t love something, is it still OK to set it free?

Just because I wear a sandwich board doesn’t make me some kind of hero.

For me, failure is not an option. It comes standard with everything I do.

I put out some Rat-B-Gon, but it doesn’t work. Not only isn’t the rat gone, it hasn’t

I have CDO. It’s like Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, only in alphabetical order like it should be.

Five out of four people have trouble with fractions.

There are two kinds of people: those that can count and those that can’t.

Remember Clones are people two.

If quitters never win, and winners never quit, what fool came up with, “Quit while you’re ahead?”

If it’s true that we are here to help ‘others’—then what exactly are the ‘others’ here for?

If a man says something in the woods and there are no women there, is he still wrong?

If a cow laughs hard enough, would milk come out her nose?

If olive oil comes from olives, where does baby oil come from?

So what’s the speed of dark?

Why do you press harder on a remote-control when you know the battery is dead?

Why didn’t the pancake chef realize it was Friday?  It crêpe’d up on him.

On Casual Fridays do biologists wear genes to work?

I was checking the price of fireworks today, they have skyrocketed.
